We have internship opportunities available year-round.

Our interns do not make coffee. As an intern at Odoni Partners, you will gain a deeper understanding of the administrative procedures associated with managing clients and businesses. Our interns are paired with a mentor and are immersed in the same type of work their mentor is responsible for. This allows them to learn about the real-world situations and challenges of the industry. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects and make contributions.

We want our interns to become familiar with public accounting through meaningful participation - working on and contributing to real-world projects.  Once you are paired with an account manager, you will learn things like how to review and compile financial statements; prepare and review tax returns and payroll returns; and assist with special reviews relating to acquisitions, mergers and sale of businesses.You may also have the chance to work as a team member on diverse client engagements including retail, non-profit, construction, food and hospitality, and individual clients.

Qualifications

• Accounting major
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Authorized to work in the U.A.E., or International with university/INS permission
• Proficient with Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
